It is with deep sorrow that we remember Epiphany Anderson, a dedicated Founding Office Coordinator & Leader Fellow at the Elementary Campus of Liberty STEAM Charter School, whose unexpected passing has left the entire school community heartbroken.
Ms. Anderson was a vital and cherished presence within the school. She was known for her unwavering commitment to supporting scholars, staff, and families, and for the genuine care she brought to every interaction. Her dedication to education and her belief in the potential of every child made a lasting impact on the school community she helped build and serve.
Colleagues and students alike remember her as compassionate, dependable, and deeply invested in the success and well-being of others. She played a foundational role in shaping the culture of the school, offering guidance, encouragement, and steady leadership each day.
Her loss is profoundly felt across the campus and beyond. In response, the school community has come together in mourning while also honoring her legacy. Grief counselors will be made available on campus to support students and staff during this difficult time, and academic activities such as MAP testing have been paused to allow space for reflection and healing.
Ms. Anderson’s belief in education and her dedication to scholars will continue to inspire those who carry forward the work she helped establish. Her impact will remain present in the lives she touched and in the ongoing mission of the school.
To her family, friends, colleagues, and all who loved her, heartfelt condolences are extended during this time of great loss.
Epiphany Anderson will be forever remembered for her kindness, leadership, and lasting contributions to her school community.
